Holding the space of loving consciousness

When we hear rumours of further war occurring in the world, can we do anything about it? Yes of course. We are never powerless. The material world we live in is a reflection of the collective human mind. There is light and there is dark. There is conflict and there is also great harmony. There is great creativity, but also great destruction. 

When one person creates more harmony in their own mind, this is reflected in the world. When thousands or millions of people change their consciousness, the world changes dramatically, as it is doing now.

There are many people on earth at this time who are working in this way, being bringers of peace and harmony, simply by being unshakeable in their own inner peace, holding the space of loving consciousness for the benefit of all humankind. It sounds very grand, but it is something we can all do. How? I will show you…

Relax your body and become aware of your breathing… Just watch your breath going in and out of your body, in a very easy and relaxed way. If thoughts try to grab your attention, simply ignore them and stay with the awareness of your breathing, as you breathe gently and slowly. Continue to do this, and slowly, very slowly you will notice a greater degree of calm and stillness arising within you. 

Focus on this sense of calm as you continue to breathe with awareness, allowing your breathing to slow down as your sense of peace becomes more and more tangible. Feel the warmth in your heart and feel gratitude for the peace that washes over you, simply by relaxing and breathing.

Maintain this practice, just by staying with your breathing, and distancing yourself from any thoughts that may try to pull you in. As you do this, you are becoming impervious to the influence of thought. 

Thoughts can be about small things (e.g. what someone said to you today), or about big things (e.g. the possibility of further war on earth) but nevertheless, a thought is a thought. Let them all go, as you consistently return to your breathing. This prevents you from creating an energy field which is influenced by anxious thought. Instead, you create an energy field based on the peace that you feel within you. This energy field not only affects your immediate surroundings, but it is transmitted invisibly in the realm of consciousness to all humans on the planet, as we all share the same consciousness – the collective human psyche.

With this practice, you are helping to put more peace into the ether, and reducing the degree of fear that is felt worldwide. It is your willingness to trust in the power of Peace consciousness that is making a difference. Thankyou.
